Each piece is made to order and created specifically for you. Because of the handmade and made-to-order nature of our work, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns on made-to-order items.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed, as production begins shortly after purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at saradelsolstudio[at]gmail.com.

Please include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review your case and offer a replacement or appropriate solution.

Order Changes & Cancellations
